Timezone and date/time format are set automatically from Country + Postcode when you save (e.g. 4000 → Australia/Brisbane · en-AU).

Choose your email provider, save Setup once, then connect with Google or Microsoft. Mentology only reads mail (drafts only — never auto-send). Secrets stay in environment variables / the tenant vault.

Enter the Google Drive folder name only (e.g. Mentology_PA_Files). Confirmed Income & Expense items append to the sheet Mentology Income_Expense inside that folder. Mentology never hosts your business files.

Web search uses a server-side API key only — no client device permissions.

Teach your PA — working files

Upload an operational manual or industry context into your Drive folder (Tier 2). Mentology keeps a pointer only — the file stays in your Google Drive.

    7. Install Mentology PA

    Put Mentology PA on your desktop and phone for one-tap access to your console.

    Desktop shortcut

    Downloads a desktop shortcut for the PC OS you selected in section 3 (Windows .url or Mac .webloc). Optionally download the Mentology PA app icon to use on the shortcut. Drag both to your desktop, then open the shortcut.

    8. Service support

    Support pathway matches Companion / Classroom / Mentor — contact Mentology for operational help.

    9. Delete account

    This action is permanent. Once confirmed, all of your Mentology PA data — configuration, task history, and ledger records — will be immediately and irreversibly deleted from Mentology's systems. This cannot be undone, and Mentology cannot recover or restore this data for you under any circumstances, for any reason. Your business files are not affected — they remain in your own connected cloud storage.
